FAQ about certification according to FROSIO-GuiD-CP

FROSIO is an organisation founded in Norway in 1986 for quality assurance in corrosion protection and surface treatment with the highest international reputation. Their guideline FROSIO-GuiD-CP defines the quality requirements for companies that carry out corrosion protection. FROSIO-GuiD-CP is currently the only certifiable system for a corrosion protection company.

FROSIO-GuiD-CP supplements the ISO standards 9001 and 12944, NORSOK M-501 and other comparable regulations on corrosion protection processes in workshops and on construction sites.

With FROSIO-GuiD-CP, FROSIO currently offers the only certifiable system for corrosion protection companies.

At present, certification according to FROSIO-GuiD-CP is not required according to technical regulations. However, more and more companies are looking for a FROSIO certification of the executing company when awarding contracts.

Quotation prices are determined on a company-by-company basis due to the various operational requirements. Our experts will also be happy to advise your company and prepare a personal offer for you. Please contact us using the enquiry form.
